Furniture, Made in America.

Furniture, Made in America.

One of the core tenets of Cannery Camp is our commitment to manufacturing all of our furniture in America. It sure as heck isn’t the easy choice, but it is the right choice.

We don’t believe in shortcuts. We believe in doing things the right way. That’s why we choose to use sustainably forested American hardwoods. That’s why we choose traditional, time-tested building techniques. We won’t always be the fastest, and we won’t be the cheapest, but we will be proud of the work we produce.

It’s a bit romantic, but there used to be a time when folks knew where their goods came from. When did we stop caring? We used to celebrate American craftsmanship and artistry. It used to be something people built a life around.

The value and importance of American furniture craftsmanship connects us to our past and future. Whether it is an antique piece that has been passed down through generations or a new design that will be treasured for years to come, American furniture is an enduring reminder of our shared history and values. By investing in American-made furniture, we can not only support the skilled craftsmen and women who create these beautiful pieces but also ensure that our homes are filled with functional, beautiful objects that tell a story and connect us to our community.

The craft of furniture making has a rich and storied history in this country, and by purchasing handmade furniture, you are supporting a craft that has been passed down through generations. In a world where so many things are disposable and fleeting, owning a piece of furniture that has been made by hand can be a way to connect with something deeper and more meaningful.

We take pride in what we build, and we hope that you will take pride in what you purchase.
